You may have missed the previous bulletin of the success of the Barnet FC Quiz Team on 'Do I Not know That', the premier quiz programme on ITV Sport Digital. Currently at the halfway stage of league games the Supporters association proudly top group I with a 100% record. By now both our matches have been televised, the second last Tuesday while most Bees fans were cheering on the team to LDV glory at Northampton. Our erstwhile colleague Jason Sewards taped the programme, who's Mum, the venerable Judith remarked that I 'loved the camera'. An unrequited passion then, although I acquitted myself reasonably, unlike the masterful performances from Dave Bown and John Erroll. The show goes out at 6:00pm repeated at 10:00pm and our future opponents include Celtic, QPR, Bradford and Blackburn. Keep up with league tables on the ITV website. Our winning score of 45 over Bradford and Blackburn has yet to be approached. Meanwhile in November look out for the regular quiz team competing to retain the Home Counties League. The Queens Arms is closing for refurbishment so marvel at their knowledge of trivia (and struggle to understand the dashing quizmaster) at the Royal British Legion, Moxon Street.
