  KING'S ARGUMENT COSTS HIM £250

Jake King's angry outburst after his team's clash with Barnet last month has landed the Telford United boss a £250 fine from the FA.

King (pictured) confronted the referee after the official had awarded Barnet a match-winning 97th minute penalty - despite the fourth official adjudging there was just six minutes of added time.
King's frustrations boiled over at the final whistle when he questioned the referee's decision, one that cost Telford a point.

And the Telford boss remained adamant that the fine was an undeserved censure from the Football Association.

"All managers moan about referees these days and it's getting to a point where it must seem boring," said King.

"But, you can't get an explanation from them nowadays about a decision as they simply won't talk to you.

"I didn't swear and I certainly wasn't abusive, I just asked him how he managed to find nine minutes of added time when there was only six on the clock. He made the wrong decision yet I'm the one that gets punished."
