Alternatively obtain a voting slip, which will be given out at forthcoming games, and hand in the completed form at the Tannoy Room or The Village programme hut or post it in one of the boxes next to the home turnstiles or send it to 9b Princess Avenue, Muswell Hill, London, N10 3LS.

Closing date for votes is Saturday 24 April 2010 (Rotherham home match).

The awards to vote for are:

PLAYER OF THE YEAR

MOST IMPROVED PLAYER

GOAL OF THE SEASON (include date of game or opposition and venue)

YOUNG PLAYER OF THE YEAR (please choose one of the below)

(21 OR UNDER AS AT 08/08/2009): Ryan O’Neill, Joe Tabiri, Jake Hyde, Danny Hart, Clovis Kamdjo, Phil Carpenter, Kofi Lockhart-Adams, Mauro Vilhete, Ryan Scott, Edward Upson, Ben Wright.

The awards will be presented at the Player of the Year evening on Saturday 15 May 2010.

Latest details about the evening are on the official website. These have been updated since the club first announced them.

Please note the following:

• this event is largely being organised by the club who have had the final say on ticket prices etc;
• BFCSA membership does not fall under any of the concession categories listed on the club's article;
• Contrary to previous advice there will be no separate ('disco only') evening ticket.
