ACCRINGTON STANLEY

Peter Cavanagh and Jon Kennedy have been selected for the England National Game XI squad to face Italy, to be played at Telford on 11th February. Last November Cavanagh became the first modern day Stanley player to be picked for international duty when he appeared in England's 2-2 draw with Belgium under-20s.

Goalkeeper Mark Wright is searching for a new goalkeeper after Ian McCaldon emigrated to Australia.
