  The Season So Far

Barnet travel to Halifax in the knowledge that the Shaymen have won their last six games and only lost twice at home all season.

The last three home games have all been 1-0 victories but they had a 0-1 against Burton Albion on 14th December.

Also the off-pitch problems seem to be sorting themselves out and they hope to come out of administration this week after starting the campaign virtually bankrupt and with only two players.

Chris Wilder is January's Manager of the month, hopefully this will have the usual effect with a defeat against the Bees.

i don't think anybody needs reminding about Barnet's latest performances. Suffice to say that if this carries on we'll be yet another league lower and another 800 fans less.

Below is a comparison of the league positions for the relegation season 2000/01 and this season.

it is well worth remembering how many people said ''We're too good to get relegated''.

Hey, but why be so pessimistic? Surely it won't happen again, will it?
