Programme Notes Northwich Victoria, 2 November Good afternoon and welcome to the BFCSA page. PRAISE FROM TIVERTON We had an email sent to the website after the Tiverton game. I thought it appropriate to reproduce it here (with the writer's consent). I too would like to add what a marvellous gesture it was from the Barnet fans after such a disappointing result and shows what a great set of supporters Barnet FC has. THE POWER OF PRAYER REVISITED In the Gravesend programme a couple of weeks ago I told you about an article I'd read in the CHURCH HILL HERALD. It was about miracles. The Editor wanted a gorgeous new girlfriend, his friend Eric wanted to win the Lottery and the third one was about Barnet fans believing we could get back in the Third Division. Well, the other day I received an apologetic letter from Mike Pearce, who had written the piece, going on to say his new girlfriend Maisie had rung from Las Vegas with his friend Eric who had just won the lottery! Seeing as these two miracles apparently came true (although I don't think he wanted his new girlfriend to go with Eric!), maybe we will see The Bees back where we belong!
